With demand for our services continuing to grow an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Assistant to join our Dodd Wealthcare team.

With a friendly, approachable personality and an enthusiasm for the delivery of superb client care, you will be the all-important first point of contact for our clients and their interface with our team of Independent Financial Advisers.

Attentive at all times to the needs of clients, this varied role involves:

  • Welcoming and assisting clients, as their initial point of contact
  • Arranging appointments and the efficient management of diaries
  • Preparing annual reviews, valuations, and essential documentation
  • Liaising with product providers to gather current, accurate information
  • Collating information and meeting packs for Advisers
  • Processing new business applications and policy renewals
  • Keeping client records and databases up to date so that they are accurate and complete at all times

The successful candidate will bring:

  • Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal - with a genuine ability to listen
  • Outstanding organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks
  • Flexibility and resilience when juggling competing priorities - the ability to meet deadlines and work accurately under pressure will be essential
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a naturally inquisitive mindset
  • Confidence working in a busy, regulated environment where compliance is key
  • Strong IT skills, including the ability to use and interpret financial databases

Previous experience in a regulated, financial services environment is desirable, but not essential.
